SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Delegates should be registered for the conference to submit abstracts for symposium, free papers or posters.
  • The abstract for the paper/poster should be structured (background, aims, methods, results, and conclusion) and limited to 250 words.
  • The symposium abstract should be around 250 words.
  • The presenting author (or the author who submits the abstract) will be the contact person for all the correspondence about the presentation.

Joan Haliburn is a child, adolescent and family psychiatrist of almost 40 years, a Fellow of the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Psychiatry and an International Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. She currently works in private practice as a consultant psychiatrist, psychotherapy supervisor and lecturer, University of Sydney Psychotherapy Training Program, at Westmead Hospital.

She is also the Founding Director of the NTU Early Mental Potential and Wellbeing Research (EMPOWER) Centre, and Deputy Director of the Cambridge-NTU Centre for Lifelong Individualised Learning (CLIC) which aims to develop neuropersonalised training programmes for flexible learning across the lifespan.

Alexandra Murray Harrison, MD, is a Training and Supervising Analyst at the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute in Adult and Child and Adolescent Psychoanalysis, an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry, Harvard Medical School at the Cambridge Health Alliance, and on the Faculty of the Infant-Parent Mental Health Post Graduate Certificate Program at University of Massachusetts Boston. Dr. Harrison has a private practice in both adult and child psychoanalysis and psychiatry.
